Solarized

This is a picture of a tub of cookies and cream ice cream at Splendora's. Originally, this photo was regularly colored. The assignment was high contrast, and because of this I was able to develop my photos in Solarol. Solarol is a special chemical that makes a photo appear, like this one, sort of metallic and negative at the same time. This creates the effect you see in the photo above; this was originally a vanilla ice cream with dark, chocolatey cookie crumbs on top and throughout, but the Solarol gives it a whole different look.
